This store has come a long way. Management has made significant updates in the store and the updates are wonderful! They reason for the 4 stars is that all who come to work in the store should be clean/ have on clean clothes. There was a worker there doing janitorial duties and he was absolutely FILTHY! I was going to complain, but when I went to the front desk, he was at the front desk as well. I couldn't complain to him about himself. He should have been turned around from work to dress in appropriate attire. He should also not be greeting your customers looking that way. My husband was with me and he was also taken aback. The store is really nice. You should want your workers to look really nice and clean as well. Not wearing dirty, filthy clothing.
What's not to like about this place! It's affordable, the staff is nice, and the wine selection is stellar! I love coming here specifically for my meat. I feel that it's always fresh and such a great price.
It's not Ingles but it's convenient clean and always stocked. There's no bakery like Ingles but for what it is I give it 4 and a half stars.
